NOVEMBER 2008

Client 106-263 whom is an African American 43 year old female came in again seeking help with her 20 year old daughter. Client 106-263 came to see what can be done about her daughter disrespecting her and her home.

On October 24, the daughter threatened to burn the house down, blow the mom’s car and kill the mom. On October 25, 2008 the defendant was very upset with the mom because she had cleaned her room. The defendant did not like what her mom did, she went into her mom’s room and knocked all the items on the T.V. down and broke them.

The defendant also hit her mom’s left arm with a baseball bat. During the week of October 27-1st the police had to be called several times to the house to deal with the confrontations that happened between client 106-263 and the defendant.

October 31, 2008 the defendant has been disrespectful to her mom’s boyfriend and cursed at the both of them. The client and defendant had gotten into a confrontation and the police had to be called again.

The very next day November 1, 2008 the defendant was angry with her mom because she wanted to wash her hair. Client 106-263 was washing dishes; the defendant physically attacked her mom in the kitchen by pulling her shirt and throwing her on to the sofa. Client 106-263 moved out of the defendant’s way and proceeded to call the police once again. Client 106-263 asked the defendant to leave the house and she, stated that only way she would leave was through the court.

The judge viewed the case and Client 106-263 was granted a one year Protective Order. The judge also ordered if any law enforcement with probable cause believes the defendant has violated this order, they shall arrest her with bond to set at $5,000.00 U. S. currency.
